Which photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where you can see their face and eyes. Front-on or a slight angle is perfect. Their whole body doesn’t need to be in it.
How is the name added?
We paint your pet’s name under the shelf, in the same handwriting as the art. Please check the spelling before you create. If you’d like a different name, just make a new version.
Can I try more than one version?
Yes. Each try is free. Make a few, tap the one you love, and add that one to your cart.
How should I wash it?
Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don’t iron over the print.
When will it arrive?
Each shirt is printed to order. Most arrive in about 1 to 2 weeks. Shipping is free in the US, and you’ll get a tracking number by email.
