Our 30-day happiness guarantee

Every piece is made to order from your photo, just for you. We want you to smile every time you see it.

If it doesn't make you smile, contact us within 30 days of the day it arrives. We'll make it right. If you'd rather send it back, you'll get a full refund, as long as it comes back undamaged (paint-by-numbers kits with every paint pod still sealed).

What can come back

• Canvas prints and framed canvases, as long as they come back undamaged.
• Paint-by-numbers kits, as long as every paint pod is still sealed.

We can't take back gift cards, or pieces that were damaged after they arrived.

How to send a piece back

1. Email us at hello@woldenart.com with your order number and a few words about what isn't right.
2. Pack it carefully and send it to: Wolden Art, 6547 N Academy Blvd #607, Colorado Springs, CO 80918, United States.
3. Keep your shipping receipt. Take a photo of it and email it to us, and we'll add your shipping cost to your refund.

Please write to us before you send anything. We can't accept returns that arrive without a return request.

Your refund

When your piece reaches us, we'll check it and email you. Once your return is approved, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If it's been 15 business days since we approved your return and you still don't see it, please email us.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

Please look your order over when it arrives. If it's damaged, has a flaw, or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

The quickest way is to send your piece back under the guarantee, then place a new order for the one you'd like.
