Made for you, then sent to you
Every piece is made to order from your photo. We make it after you order, so the delivery times below count from the day you order.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We can't ship to other countries at the moment.
What shipping costs
Right now, shipping within the US is free. Our free-shipping code is added for you automatically. If it ever doesn't show at checkout, you'll find the code at the top of every page.
How long it takes
- Canvas prints and framed canvases usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
- Paint-by-numbers kits usually arrive within 15 to 20 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays. Our canvas prints are printed in the USA.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
If something goes wrong on the way
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
If your tracking stops moving, or says delivered but nothing has arrived, write to us and we'll take it from there.
